tag

Once again, I was not… actually tagged to do this by anyone, but I saw it over on Michelle’s blog, and I really wanted to do it so here I am *throws confetti*

1) First TV show you ever watched

(source)

I don’t actually remember what the first TV show I ever watched was, but I was pretty darn young when I started watching Pokemon (and became obsessed). I loved everything about this show. EVERYTHING.

2) All-time favourite TV show

(source)

I mean, I think this is quite obvious, considering everything. I know I don’t post about Merlin as much as I used to back in the day, but this show still remains #1 in my heart. Always.

Honourable mentions: LOST, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The X-Files.

3) Your character crush

(source)

To be honest I find it very hard to choose but one character crush because… I have a lot. But I guess if I was forced to choose one then it would be Ichabod Crane from Sleepy Hollow. This adorable human bean is too precious for this world, and I adore him to no end.

Honourable mentions: Fox Mulder (The X-Files), Michonne (The Walking Dead).

4) Favorite OTP

(source)

These two goddamn medieval husbands, that’s who.

Honourable mentions: Yuri and Victor (Yuri!!! on Ice), Rin and Haru (Free!).

5) Most disappointing ending or cancellation

(source)

The list is kind of endless, but my most recent disappointing cancellation was that of Heroes. A big ass bombshell was dropped and then: done. BUT IT WASN’T OVER because we got a reboot called Heroes Reborn but guess what? That was cancelled, too.

Honourable mentions: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Veronica Mars (at least we got the movie), Gilmore Girls (the reboot does not exist).

6) A show you would like to be on

(source)

As for shows still running: I always thought I’d be a great walker on The Walking Dead *laughs* You haven’t heart my exceptional “brains” growl.

Honourable mentions: Heroes (I AM PETER PETRELLI’S LONG LOST LOVE), Gossip Girl (just for all the clothes lol).

7) A character you would love to take out on a date

(source)

Pacey, Pacey, Pacey. I’ve been a smidgen in love with Pacey since I was a wee lass.

Honourable mentions: Peter Petrelli (Heroes), Ichabod Crane (Sleepy Hollow).

8) A popular TV show you can’t stand

(source)

I cannot stand Game of Thrones. I hate Mondays on Twitter because I have to see so much shit about it.

Honourable mentions: I can’t actually think of any :O

9) A scene that made you cry like a baby

(source)

Uhm, The Walking Dead makes me cry like a baby every second episode, I swear to god. But there was one scene where someone dies (surprise, surprise), and Rick is crying and MY HEART HURT SO MUCH. Literally sobbing.

Honourable mentions: the last episode of Merlin, the last episode of season one of Veronica Mars.

10) A character with a killer wardrobe

(source)

Pretty much everyone on Gossip Girl has the most incredible wardrobes. I would gladly take them.

Honourable mentions: the ice skating outfits in Yuri!!! on Ice, the sheer 90s-ness of the outfits in Dawson’s Creek.

  1. Louise ✨? says:

Ahaha, I’m not a Game of Thrones either. Every social media site I go on becomes a pain to trawl through because EVERYONE is talking about it and I just couldn’t care less about it ?

I don’t watch as much TV as I used to but recently I remember absolutely HATING the last season of Girls. I started disliking it and Lena Dunham more as the series went on but the last season was just the worst. I have so many feelings about it I may have to do this tag so I can rant about it properly ?

    • Chiara says:

It’s so boring to see everyone’s reactions because I really just don’t care, haha.

I watched the first two seasons of Girls, I think. And then I started the third and it grated on me so I didn’t even finish the first episode. There was just something about it that didn’t click with me anymore. It was a fun tag! :D

  2. Fun tag! I love all the shows I grew up watching, though I have no idea what the first one was – probably something like Barney I’m sure. haha But I love Rugrats and all those 90’s cartoons.

I’ve never watched Game of Thrones, but honestly, I’m not interested.

    • Chiara says:

The first show I probably watched was something like Play School, haha. But I went with a show I remember actively wanting to watch when I was a kid!

Honestly, I don’t think you’re missing out. I hated what I watched of it! D:

  3. Kayla says:

OMGGGGG. I agree with you on so much but Game of Thrones??
Okay, I’ll figure you for it. Honestly, I wasn’t TOO obsessed with it (apart from some good twists/shocking character deaths… but the whole show is built on shocking character death)) until this season where literally every female character is badass and strong and amazing so I feel in my heart it has all been building up to this!

And I have a confession to make…. in high school, I was high key OBSESSED WITH merlin… yet I still haven’t watched the last season. I have no idea how it ends because I don’t want it to end.

  4. Oh my goodness the Merlin finale made me cry SO MUCH. I recently started rewatching it (I’ve wanted to rewatch it for years but found it too painful) and just started sobbing at the intro ? I’m planning on just skipping the finale it didn’t happen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    • Chiara says:

The pain of the Merlin finale will go down in history, I swear to god. I have only rewatched it once and I didn’t make it to the finale, haha. I was just like: NOPE, IT IS TOO MUCH.

  5. I couldn’t agree more on Game of Thrones — it’s really not my cup of tea, which is why I tend to avoid Twitter on Mondays, haha. I haven’t watched it since Season 3 & I’m none too pleased it’s coming to an end soon. I think there are so many better shows out there (not least of which is Merlin, which I’ve heard so many incredible things about — I’m planning to watch it during winter break this year, ahh!).

    • Chiara says:

I got through the first season and a handful of episodes of the second and then I realised it was just completely not for me. I didn’t know it was ending soon! I thought they’d rag it out FOREVER just because it’s so popular.

OMG TOPAZ I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU TO WATCH MERLIN!!!
